Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lumeravo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the Agenvoxa app and related services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy covers the Agenvoxa consumer mobile experience and associated backend services. It does not cover unrelated third-party websites or carrier services outside our control. If you are a caller speaking with someone’s Agenvoxa receptionist, that account owner’s settings and local law also affect how the call is handled.

2. Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), phone number you save for forwarding/alerts, notification preferences, and onboarding status. Service data: assistant name/voice settings/instructions, assigned Agenvoxa number, forwarding configuration metadata, subscription/plan entitlement, minute usage, device tokens for push notifications, and app diagnostics needed to operate the Service. Communications content: call audio/recordings where enabled by our telephony pipeline, conversation transcripts, summaries, lead/caller details your assistant collects, support chat messages, and support call transcripts. Technical data: IP address, approximate timestamps, device/app version information, and security logs. Payment data: Apple processes In-App Purchases. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to unlock entitlements; we do not store your full card number.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to: • Provide and improve call handling, summaries, transcripts, and the call inbox • Authenticate you, secure accounts, and prevent abuse • Send email verification, call alerts, and service notices you enable • Meter minutes and manage plans • Provide Help & support (including account context shown to the support assistant) • Comply with law, enforce Terms, and protect users, providers, and the public • Analyze aggregated product performance (for example call success rates) We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing

Voice and text may be processed by AI providers (such as Google Gemini or other configured models) to generate live conversation replies, chat support answers, and call summaries. Prompts may include your assistant instructions and limited account context necessary for the feature. You should avoid putting highly sensitive secrets into assistant instructions when not needed.

5. How we share information

We share information with processors who help us run Agenvoxa, under contracts that limit their use of the data, including: • Cloud hosting and database providers • Telephony providers (for example Twilio) for numbers and calls • Email delivery and push notification (APNs) services • AI model providers for generation features • Apple for subscription validation We may disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security. If we transfer business assets, information may move as part of that transaction subject to continuing privacy protections.

6. Callers and consent

When your Agenvoxa number handles a call, caller phone numbers and spoken content may be processed so the assistant can respond and so you can review the conversation. You are responsible for providing any legally required notices or obtaining consent for recording/transcription in your jurisdiction. Configure your greeting and practices accordingly.

7. Retention

We retain account and call-related data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal workspace data associated with your mobile account as described in our deletion process, except information we must keep (for example billing records, security logs, or legal holds).

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices

You can: • Update your name and password in Settings → Account management • Change push/email alert preferences in Settings • Review calls, transcripts, and support history in the app • Contact Support for help with account issues • Delete your account in Settings • Manage Apple subscriptions and notification permissions in iOS Settings Depending on where you live (for example Canada’s PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws, or other regional laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us via Help & support to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your request.

10. Children

Agenvoxa is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact Support so we can delete it.

11. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Significant changes may be highlighted in the app or by email.
